Quality

Research voor Beleid employs a quality system based on the NEN-EN- ISO 9001 norm. This system has been certified by the SGS European Quality Certification Institute since February 1997. The quality system guarantees that important work processes and standards for service are recorded and described in a manual and that an external auditor inspects the observance of the quality system once a year.

Our quality system focuses on understanding the needs of (potential) clients and rendering services which provide adequately in that respect. According to our philosophy, the quality requirements of our products can be summarized in one word, namely: workability. The actual quality requirements for our products flowing from this are:

• Providing policy relevant information on the basis of which clients can make decisions, or develop and/or adapt their policy
• Delivering information on time, so that it fits in at the appropriate moment in the ‘policy cycle’
• Delivering valid and reliable information
• Carrying out research projects according to tender/project plan
